The global financial crisis and the impact on Dubai were the key subjects discussed during the Salon with George Makhoul, CEO of Morgan Stanley for MEA and Africa.  Mr. Makhoul expanded on the different econometrics and financials on the global and local level, and assessed the impact of the crisis on the short and medium term, during a very interactive dinner.
